Alla Güner is an international artist (French, Ukrainian, Turkish) currently living in Istanbul.
Her artistic practice is research-based and focuses on water consumption and global warming. Alla’s works are related to conceptual art. In some of her sculptural pieces, the main message is to present the viewer with daily water usage visualized in different ratios. This approach has allowed the artist to develop a new style, which she calls “Volume Art”.
Additionally, Alla produces “water maps” using different water sources and alcohol-based ink on various themes such as seas, maps composed of water droplets, city maps featuring seas, and water sounds.
